K.P.S. was established as a partnership in 1987. In those early days the company specialised in the production of Sheet Metal components for the electronic industry and then gradually spread its capacity to include the production of general Sheet Metal parts and fabrications.

As the company expansion continued, it was decided to move into the production of Stainless Steel fabrications that are required by the food and pharmaceutical industries and then in 1994 the company decided to include a general and CNC shop thus enabling it to offer a complete engineering service to its customers.
